Once your package leaves our building, the delivery outcome is out of KCK Craft LLC's hands. If you didn't receive your package in the mail and tracking indicates it has been delivered, please contact us at kckcraftsllc@gmail.com. We will try to help you the best we can. Please contact your local postal service for any issues with your package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon opening your package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 days from date of delivery to email us with a photo and explanation of the damage.
